For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator license jurisdiction, to register an account and use the Services. BB333 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons below the minimum required age will be closed immediately and funds may be withheld pending investigation.
3.2 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location. If you are uncertain whether participation is lawful in your jurisdiction, you should obtain independent legal advice before proceeding.
3.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using BB333 is lawful in your jurisdiction. BB333 does not represent that the Services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited or restricted is at your own risk and responsibility.
3.4 Single Account. You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.5 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration. Submitting false, misleading or another person's details constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
Important: Registering on behalf of a third party, allowing another person to access your account, or using another person's identity for verification purposes is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
4.1 Registration Process. To access real-money Services, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.
4.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. BB333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact BB333 support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account.
4.4 Account Verification (KYC). BB333 may require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
4.5 Account Currency. Balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on the platform interface. The Operator reserves the right to set minimum and maximum transaction limits, which will be published in the cashier section.
5.1 Funding Your Account. Deposits must be made using payment methods currently listed and available in the BB333 cashier. Available methods may change without prior notice. References to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are contextual only. 5.2 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that you own and are legally entitled to use for gambling purposes. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity is prohibited.

5.4 Processing Times. BB333 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Actual timelines depend on the selected payment method, the Operator's internal review process and any applicable verification requirements. We will endeavour to process requests promptly but make no binding commitment as to timescale.
5.5 Refunds. Deposits made in error may be eligible for a refund at the sole discretion of the Operator. Requests must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the transaction. Deposits where wagering has already commenced are not eligible for refund.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and must be reviewed before opting in.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be staked on eligible games before withdrawal of associated winnings becomes available.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
6.4 Abuse Prevention. BB333 reserves the right to withhold, void or cancel bonus offers where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing promotional terms, exploiting system errors, engaging in matched betting strategies using bonus funds, or otherwise acting in bad faith. The determination of abuse is at the sole discretion of the Operator.
6.5 Illustrative Figures. Any bonus amounts, cashback percentages or tier values referred to in marketing materials are illustrative. Actual offers are subject to the terms published at the time the promotion is active.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. BB333 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where: the maximum stake limit has been exceeded; a system error has resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes; the bet was placed on a market that has been suspended; or there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
7.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. If a bet is accepted at manifestly incorrect odds or on an erroneous market (e.g., a system glitch displaying odds inconsistent with market value), BB333 reserves the right to settle the bet at the corrected odds or void it entirely. Winnings from obvious errors will not be honoured.
7.3 Live / In-Play Betting. Bets placed on live or in-play markets are subject to real-time odds and are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement confirmation. Market suspension during live events may result in bets being void if confirmation was not received prior to suspension.
7.4 Cricket and Sports Context. BB333 cricket and sports betting markets reference Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 and ICC tournaments as sports context only. BB333 has no affiliation with, and is not endorsed by, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team, club or national board.
7.5 Casino & Live Dealer Games. Casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer procedures. RTP (Return to Player) information for individual games is available within the game interface where applicable.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on BB333. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and forfeiture of balances:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of BB333.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BB333 shall not be liable for:

11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits BB333's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 By the User. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Funds. Bonus Funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.
12.2 By BB333. BB333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice where: there is a breach of these Terms; there is evidence of fraudulent activity; KYC verification cannot be completed to a satisfactory standard; or continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory or compliance risk.
12.3 Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be voided and withheld. Verified Real Money Funds will be returned to you subject to completion of applicable AML and identity verification checks.
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BB333's Operator is licensed. This does not override applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
13.2 BB333 does not represent that the Services comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction from which they are accessed. 13.3 Any dispute between you and BB333 that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
14.1 BB333 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via the platform or by email to the registered address on file. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
14.2 Your continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
